I was very fortunate to have been introduced to Brian Dunn.  He met me at the home we are upgrading.  I was interested in having my 1969 kitchen remodeled.  He gave me some wonderful suggestions with a very reasonable quote for the work.  It turned out so beautiful.  Our friends are remarking about the workmanship. He also told me he lays tile.  I cancelled my installation from Home Dept.  Boy, am I glad I did.  We discovered our house was built in angles.  Not one straight wall.  Brian met the challenge and a beautiful job was done.  I feel there is not anyone else that would have had the patience nor taken the time to do this. Since then I still call on Brian to do more jobs for me.  I found him to be very professional, caring, trustworthy and a perfectionist.  He takes greats pride in his work.  Also, when he says he'll be at your home at a determined time, he is there (a rare quality for SW Florida). Brian has a very capable, talented and respectful helper, Kyle.  I have had him do some extra jobs for me too.

Because we feel our repeated thanks and thank yous were no longer quite enough, we needed to express the breadth and depth of our appreciation in a more tangible way.  And so this is our way of thanking you for the wonderful job you have done in the beautification and make-over of our modest "aging casa"...particularly the guest bath and guest bedroom tiling: both of which will now proudly join their predecessor's place (our fabulous new kitchen) on "YouTube's Wall of Sunrise Remodeling Fame!"  Therefore it is our esteemed privilege and sheer delight to say "thank you" by way of a Bonefish Grill dinner for you and your wife.  Here's hoping that this gift begins to express our gratitude for all of the extra time and talented effort you have put into placing our home make-over needs as your caring and focused priority!!

Brian Dunn was given this contract to completely remodel our home. He quoted the job and lived up to the contract. The contract called for construction of two baths, kitchen interior molding and painting inside and out. Brian also arranged for competent electrician, plumber, pool install, and finish at no commission. In all, I highly recommend Brian Dunn for any type of construction work.

I have been in the construction business for approximately 52 years, both in Chicago and Ft. Myers. I get to see the final product in million dollar homes as we start up the air conditioning. The quality and craftsmanship that Brian brings to the job is the finest I have ever seen. It is obvious he loves what he does, he is a detailed person and proud of his work when it is completed. And so were we.
