"My name is Brian Emmons and I am a disabled veteran and retired Lee County deputy sheriff. I contacted Brian Dunn and Sunrise Remodeling as well as two other contractors, to get estimates on refitting the bathrooms in our home. Due to the nature of my disabilites I must use a wheel chair at times and had no access in my current bathrooms.

Mr. Dunn made an appointment to visit our home and was exactly on time. After reviewing my needs, Mr. Dunn came up with several ideas including building us a walk in shower. We were very impressed with Mr. Dunn's professionalism and contracted him to retrofit our home. Mr. Dunn met with us several more times at home twice to help my wife select tile for our project. When the work started, Mr. Dunn and his crew were at my home on or before 7:30 am each morning. After the days work was completed, Mr. Dunn's crew cleaned up and removed all of the debris.

Brian Dunn and his wife Susan also went the extra mile to help with our project. Sunrise Remodeling became certified as Government Contractors through the Veterans Administration. This was not an easy task and too quite a bit of Mrs. Dunn's time. This allowed me to obtain a Federal VA Grant to help with some of the cost involved for the retrofit. It should be noted that Sunrise Remodeling is only one of three contractors so certified in Lee County,

In closing I highly recommed Brian Dunn and Sunrise Remodeling for the quality of their work and the pride Brian himself takes in doing what he does. I have enough confidence and have already spoken to Mr. Dunn about starting another project."

"I was very fortunate to have been introduced to Brian Dunn. He met me at the home we are upgrading. I was interested in having my 1969 kitchen upgraded to a 2008 model. He gave me some wonderful suggestions with a very reasonable quote for the remodel. It turned out so beautiful. Our friends are remarking about the workmanship.

He also told me he lays tile. I cancelled my installation from Home Depot. Boy, am I glad I did. We have discovered our house was built in angles. Not one straight wall. He met the challenge and a beautiful job was done. I feel there is not anyone else that would have the patience not taken the time to meet the challenge required.

Since that time, a month ago, I am still calling on Brian to do more jobs for me. I found him to be very professional, caring, trustworthy and a perfectionist. He takes great pride in his work. "When looking for a company to re-tile my walk in shower I went to the phone book.  When I called Sunrise Remodeling, Inc. I was pleasantly surprised when I actually received a phone call back (most of the other companies did not respond with a phone call back).  Brian was polite and enthusiastic and set an appointment to come meet me at my house.  On the phone he advised me he would be on time and he was.

Brian was very knowledgeable in his field and I was instantly impressed.  He made suggestions but was not pushy and took the time to answer the many questions my husband and I had regarding the project.

On installation day he showed up on time and immediately got to work.  He and his assistant, Kyle were both very courteous and respectful of my home and possessions.  They kept the house clean and always cleaned up after themselves.  Brian also consulted with me on every aspect of the job to ensure that the decisions made were to my liking.  He finished the installation within a day and a half and asked if he could come back on the following Saturday to seal my tile as the grout was still wet and sealing it now would not be the best option.

I am so completely satisfied with the decision to have Brian complete my shower.  He was definitely the best choice.  I would call Brian in a heartbeat to do any future tile jobs!"
